Virtual staging.
Narrated property tours.

ScanCloud / ScanCGI supports Savvy Staged virtual staging, with Imagine.io proposed as the visual-generation engine, and ListingAddress property tours. hathor.studio supplies voice, narration, audio and music. A 3D WordPress/WooCommerce experience is an additional commerce application.

Approved catalog and product information feeds visual production, physical fulfillment and property presentation.

Shared foundation: catalog records + product IDs + approved assets. RenderLogic feeds Expeditor for execution and StageStream for presentation. Connections are proposed workflows, subject to testing and agreed partner terms.

Featured 3D asset collaborator • Proposed integration

3D asset production

Photoreal 3D models and renders for configurators, AR, and VR, delivered ecommerce-ready.

Our proposed connection brings Orbe3D’s asset production into RenderLogic’s managed workflow. ScanCloud supplies approved product records; RenderLogic coordinates production and review; compatible approved assets can then support an agreed Imagine.io visualization workflow.

The income opportunity • Two customer offers

Stage the property.
Tell its story.
Repeat across the market.

ScanCloud / ScanCGI supports two paid services: Savvy Staged virtual staging, using Imagine.io as the proposed visual-generation engine, and ListingAddress property tours, with hathor.studio voice, narration, audio and music.

Illustrative fee: $200 per staging project, with room count and revisions defined in the actual offer.

Internal hathor.studio allocation: $70 / $140 / $210 per selected package tier, plus $35 per virtual-stage project. Asset workload assumes 0.65 assets per virtual-stage project plus two per modeled product order, rounded to whole assets. These are planning inputs, not supplier quotes, compensation agreements or evidence of required workload.

Reseller scenario: product baskets are modeled as customer receipts with associated goods costs. If acting only as a representative or agent, count earned commission instead—not the full basket. The exposure assumption overlaps tours and virtual staging using the higher count, then treats physical jobs as additional; verify actual unique projects and avoid duplicate orders. Fractional product orders are scenario averages, not bookings.

Monthly Scale Tours Virtual Stage Physical Stage Buy-The-Look Customer receipts Company + studio allocation Imagine + Orbe Annualized receipts

Interpretation: the studio amount is an internal allocation of the same customer receipts, not extra company revenue. The house residual can be negative and is before unmodeled overhead, acquisition, tax, financing and any unentered production costs. No ownership or profit split is implied. Annualized receipts are monthly assumptions × 12. Package tiers and all physical, product-conversion and allocation assumptions require validation.

Illustration, not forecast or profit: prices and volumes are assumptions, not approved offers or provider quotes. Annualized figures are monthly revenue × 12, not expected booked sales. Deduct Imagine.io licensing/usage, Orbe3D production and asset setup, labor, media, revisions, hosting, marketing and overhead before calculating earnings or any agreed JV share.

The proposed collaboration

Our company: build and operate the customer applications, sales, approvals and delivery. Imagine.io: the prospective JV technology collaborator powering agreed visual workflows. Orbe3D: the production vendor for assets needed by those workflows. hathor.studio: voice, narration, audio and music. The partnership ask is to Imagine.io; no acceptance, JV split or live integration is claimed.

More brands expand the offer.

Start with one approved brand, then grow to 5, 20 or 50. Each adds authorized product choices and reusable assets for room proposals, manufacturer-rep introductions and wallpaper/furnishing inquiries. Tour and staging demand must be sold independently; brand count does not automatically generate customers.

Additional upside, outside the table: separately scoped SeedProd/WordPress deployments and care plans, a 3D WooCommerce product experience, and earned product/rep commissions or physical-service fees. Do not count these again when already included in a package. SeedProd licensing and affiliate participation require the applicable terms; no Awesome Motive partnership is implied.
