ScanCloud.ai / ScanCGI.com • Our company

We organize the product.
We manage the experience.

Vendor catalogs, specifications and approved product records become the foundation for our managed production and presentation workflows. Jay’s operation owns the customer brief, coordination, review and delivery.

Orbe3D

Orbe3D • Proposed 3D asset collaborator

Specialist production.
Reusable visual assets.

Photoreal 3D models and renders for configurators, AR and VR, delivered ecommerce-ready. We propose commissioning assets against agreed product specifications and reviewing them for the intended customer experience.

See the Orbe3D connection ↓

Partner feature prepared for discussion. Orbe3D acceptance, production terms and any Imagine.io integration remain subject to agreement and testing.

Our company • Two customer channels

Virtual staging for Savvy.
Narrated tours for ListingAddress.

ScanCloud / ScanCGI builds the 3D WordPress/WooCommerce component and the property-tour application. Orbe3D is the proposed asset-production vendor; Imagine.io is the prospective JV technology collaborator. SeedProd provides a proposed, appropriately licensed page-building layer. Automation is the build goal, with review and publication gates.

Earn merchant setup/support fees and property-tour fees; separately track accepted product commissions and physical services. No partner split, integration or income is guaranteed.

The complete operating system

How we use Orbe3D
and Imagine.io.

ScanCloud / ScanCGI is the company; RenderLogic, Expeditor and StageStream are its connected service pillars.

Orbe3D • Asset production

The production input.

Proposed specialist production of scoped, ecommerce-ready models and renders that our operation reviews and maintains against approved products.

Orbe3D →

Imagine.io • Visualization / configuration

The visual experience.

Proposed visualization/configuration environment using compatible approved assets, subject to a demonstrated pilot and commercial agreement.

Imagine.io →

Our operation • Approved output

The customer result.

RenderLogic produces and reviews; Expeditor coordinates physical execution; StageStream presents through ListingAddress.

Current stage: proposed collaboration and workflow design. No completed integration or provider acceptance is claimed. The reciprocal Orbe3D listing is separate from production/resale terms. Each workflow needs agreed rights, costs and an actual acceptance test before it is sold as an integrated service.

Service architecture • Building the backend of Savvyscancloud.ai

ScanCloud • The shared backend

One product record.
A connected operation.

ScanCloud leads our shared backend: vendor catalogs and approved product records feed visual production, fulfillment coordination and property presentation. RenderLogic, Expeditor, StageStream and the other components connect this information to customer services through Savvy Staged and ListingAddress.

Our domains identify roles within one coordinated operation. Hosting a domain does not mean its software or supplier integration is already live. Existing presentation and inquiry work sits alongside the proposed development roadmap below.

Proposed revenue opportunities. Each customer sale is counted once; internal allocations do not add revenue.

Production & technology resources

Use specialists.
Keep one accountable workflow.

Orbe3D is a prospective asset-production collaborator. A configuration/viewer platform can be selected after validating compatibility, commercial rights and costs; Imagine.io is a candidate rather than a required dependency. Stone Madison is our manufacturer-representation and brand-facing business, with specific appointments governed by their own agreements.

First practical build

One vendor. One room.
One paid delivery of work.

Prove the flow manually with approved data and assets, a bounded presentation package and a reviewed project brief. Build recurring software and automation around the steps that actually save time and earn contribution.
