From request
to coordinated action.

From furnishing a room to running a restaurant service, Expeditor connects requests, people and systems so the next step reaches the right team.

Our proposed coordination service brings sourcing, supplier confirmations, receiving, delivery and installation into one accountable project record—with responsibilities agreed before execution.

From the guest’s request
to the kitchen’s next move.

A proposed voice-enabled coordination layer connecting phone agents, servers, guests and chefs with the restaurant’s point-of-sale (POS) and kitchen display system (KDS). Keep the order, its timing and every special request connected through service.

01 · Receive

Answer. Listen. Confirm.

A phone voice agent can handle approved menu questions and collect order requests. Servers can use push-to-talk dictation, or offer a guest an opt-in assisted ordering conversation.

Repeat the order back for confirmation before submission. Route uncertain questions and exceptions to a person.

02 · Route

The right ticket.
The right station.

With a supported POS connection, confirmed items and modifiers can become structured tickets for the existing KDS workflow—preserving table, seat, course and order identity.

Track acceptance and delivery status, flag duplicate or failed submissions, and keep the team’s existing ordering path available.

03 · Coordinate

Time the course.
Connect the chef.

Staff can scan a ticket QR code or give a confirmed voice command to request a course fire, hold, pickup or status update. Route special requests to the chef and return an acknowledged answer to the server.

Kitchen-approved prompts support service timing; the kitchen retains control of firing and changes.

04 · Assist

A waiter on your phone.

A table QR code can open menu assistance, pairing suggestions, service requests and order-status questions. Answers use the restaurant’s approved menu and current information.

Allergy and dietary questions go to trained staff for confirmation. Guest requests and recommendations never silently change a ticket.

Phone agent / server voice / guest QR → Confirmed request → POS & KDS connector → Kitchen acknowledgement → Guest & server update

Start with one restaurant.
One supported connection.

Pilot a staff-confirmed voice order and kitchen acknowledgement on a defined menu. Then test phone intake, QR coursing and guest assistance against real service requirements.

Scope starts with the POS and KDS provider, available APIs, menu and modifier mapping, permissions, staff workflow and fallback process.

Room packages

Bring the selected look home.

A furnishing configuration becomes a reviewed product schedule, supplier quote and coordinated delivery plan. Customer approval of a visual starts the conversation; a confirmed order defines the purchase.

Wallpaper & interiors

Connect materials and installation.

Coordinate confirmed materials, professional measurements, installer scope and site readiness. Keep product quantities, delivery timing and installation responsibilities visible.

Manufacturer representation

Carry the sale beyond selection.

Support accepted dealer or project opportunities with clear specifications, supplier communication and order-status coordination. Representation and commission rights follow the actual manufacturer agreement.

The choice becomes
a coordinated plan.

RenderLogic defines what the customer wants. Expeditor connects that approved selection to supplier confirmations, delivery and installation.

ScanCloud keeps the product records connected. Each supplier and operator confirms their scope before the project moves forward.

The digital input.

ScanCloud product records and the approved RenderLogic configuration provide the starting specification. Proposed Imagine.io visuals and Orbe3D-produced assets help communicate the selection; supplier records confirm what can actually be ordered.

The physical commitment.

Suppliers, carriers, receiving facilities and installation teams accept their own written scopes. Expeditor coordinates the handoffs and decisions within our agreed responsibility—not unconfirmed inventory or operator capacity.

Earn from coordination.
Account for each service clearly.

Project coordination.

A defined setup and coordination fee, priced around product count, complexity, milestones and the support required. Repeat clients can agree a capped monthly project service.

Accepted additional work.

Product margin, earned representation commission, receiving, storage, delivery and installation charges apply only where separately agreed. Identify the seller and service provider, and keep pass-through charges distinct from our fees.

Price each scope against actual supplier/operator charges, internal labor and overhead. A product basket is not automatically our revenue, and a visual selection does not authorize purchasing or payment.

One room.
One clear plan.
A complete handoff.

Start with a small, approved product set. Confirm the specification, obtain the necessary supplier and operator acceptances, and track the project through its agreed milestones.
