Imagine.io + hathor.studio • Proposed collaboration
Generate the room.
Give it a voice.
Sell the presentation.
Our proposal combines Imagine.io’s agreed visual-generation and configuration capabilities with our customer applications and hathor.studio narration, audio and music. Begin with a paid, measurable pilot; define the commercial partnership from the result.
Imagine.io

SavvyStaged.com

Savvy Staged →ListingAddress.com
Sell property tours and launch presentations combining approved imagery, staged rooms and hathor.studio audio.
Property tours →Each is a separately scoped offer. Customers may buy one or both; included work is counted once. Recurring allowances and volume pricing depend on measured delivery costs.
Illustrative income at scale →Our backbone makes it repeatable.
ScanCloud / ScanCGI: approved inputs and product records. RenderLogic: visual commerce applications and production review. StageStream: property presentation assembly. Expeditor: separately accepted fulfillment/logistics coordination.
Orbe3D is the proposed production vendor for required models and renders, commissioned against agreed briefs. The prospective partnership/JV ask is to Imagine.io. No partner acceptance, ownership allocation, white-label rights or completed automated integration is implied.
The concrete ask
Prove one room.
Agree the commercial model.
Confirm an initial virtual-staging/property-tour use case, produce a customer-approved visual, add narration and audio, and publish only after approval. Measure visual accuracy, production time, revision effort, platform cost and contribution.
Then determine a sustainable commercial arrangement: licensing, responsibilities, pricing, customer ownership and any JV economics. Expansion into commerce configurators follows vertical-specific testing.
